The Leaders

Inside|Out Global™ was co-founded by Beth Fussner, M.A.R., (Alexandria, Virginia) and Rev. Gavin Baulch (Melbourne, Australia.) Beth serves as President of Inside|Out Global™. The film instruction process is the result of creative collaboration between Rev. Baulch, Scott Kelso (Auckland, New Zealand) and Michael Jones (Marion, Indiana). Toby Sturgill (Arlington, VA) serves as Communications Director and provides marketing support. Katie Collins (Chicago, IL) serves as Mentoring Director and works with programming and student involvement.

Beth has a wide range of experience that includes education, church ministry, community involvement and human resources management for a nonprofit agency. She is an adjunct professor for online programs, Indiana Wesleyan University, and is a licensed minister. She has the ability to build bridges to various culture groups, having grown up in the Philippines and lived sixteen years of her adult life in Indonesia and New Zealand.

Gavin has been involved with media and the arts for ten years, conducting film workshops and teaching media classes, as well advising the creation of a number of media projects in Australia. Some of the highlights of his work include organizing the first ever Wilberforce Awards in Australia in 2007, and conducting film classes for the deaf as well as students with muscular dystrophy. He serves as chaplain to the arts in Melbourne, Australia.
