Inside|Out Global has successfully received recognition as a non-profit corporation in the State of Virginia as of May 27, 2011. The Organization has hired knowledgeable legal Counsel which is in the process of seeking, from the IRS, 501(c)(3) tax exempt status for the Organization. Once obtained the tax exemption will be retroactive back to the date of Inside|Out Global’s incorporation, which means all donations given after May 27, 2011 will be fully tax deductible.
